Payment
The funeral account is usually given out when the death certificate arrives. It is given to the person who signed the contract and is due for payment within 28 days of the invoice being generated.
The funeral account is made up of our professional services fee, the casket, and any other charges that you have chosen throughout the process or payments we have made on your behalf.
It is our expectation that payment will be made on time; however, we understand that sometimes there may be hold ups with insurance or lawyers organising the payment, please just keep your funeral director in the loop to avoid any unexpected fees.
If required, extended credit may sometimes be arranged. This arrangement must be discussed with your funeral director at the time of the funeral arrangements so we can help with finding a solution that suits you.
We accept payments via the following methods: Cash, Credit card, internet transfer, cheque or Q Card
